For my Bat Mitzvah, I wanted my Mitzvah project to be related to something I love, while also helping other kids (specifically girls) in less fortunate situations achieve a stepping stone toward something they love. In this case, I chose soccer because it unifies people and promotes a healthy lifestyle so supporting Charity Ball was the perfect option. My goal is to reach $2000 to help impoverished girls around the world receive new soccer balls and a chance to play. Living in a country that does not support girls soccer, means that girls in these places face many challenges. Soccer provides support, a team you can trust, and a competitive environment that helps provide life and learning experiences that can help get you through those challenges.
